Plone Symposium East 2008 2008/03/10 08:00:00 GMT-4 Plone Symposium East 2008 is planned for March 12 and 13 at Penn State University in scenic State College, PA. Training sessions will be held March 10 and 11. Sprints will run throughout the week. The Symposium will feature presentations, tutorials, hands-on training, and networking opportunities for developers, designers, integrators, technical writers, and users of Plone. One session track will be devoted to the unique needs of institutions of higher education using Plone. There will also be development sprints chosen and organized by Plone community leaders and developers.
TriZPUG February 2008 First Wednesday Plone Jam 2008/02/06 18:00:00 US/Eastern A Plone Jam is an improvisational meeting. You can bring a problem you are trying to solve at work. You can bring a pet project. You can bring something you are playing around with. You can make a presentation. You can just work on your code. The idea is sort of an "un-sprint." That is, the topic is what you show up with to work on rather than a pre-planned theme. We may work on our own things side by side for synergistic effect or we may work in teams/pairs like sprint; it's up to the individuals how to work together at each Jam. Just play and see what comes out. See if a groove develops.

Several TriZPUGers are already grooving on their common approach to Plone integration and want to share the love.
