Hiawatha Demby Wins First TriZPUG PyCamp Challenge
Hiawatha Demby of UNC ITS Networking has won TriZPUG's first PyCamp Challenge.

The PyCamp Challenge was an intermediate programming problem to solve using functional programming skills acquired during PyCamp. The problem for the first TriZPUG PyCamp Challenge was to extend the fileinfo module from PyCamp to interrogate metadata from OGG files. Solving this problem meant applying functional programming as well as reading and interpreting detailed file specifications.
As a prize for winning the PyCamp Challenge, Hiawatha was awarded a copy of Python Scripting for Computational Science. Hiawatha is shown here receiving his prize.
