There is free visitor parking in the deck immediately across the small access road from Venture III. Parking restrictions are not enforced after 5pm.
Building Access

Around 7pm the evening security measures kick in. The lobby doors will require a key card for access, and the elevator will require a key card for access to upper floors. The stairs, however do not lock.

If the doors are open but the elevator is in key card mode, just use the stairs to get to the second floor. If the doors are locked call me on my cell (852.1420) and I will come down and let you in.
